I have been coming to this location for about 4 years but this time was the worst.1. The young man who checked me in didn't greet me and never smiled. It seemed like he hated being there and was just trying to do the bare minimum to get by. It didn't seem like he cared about doing a good job or being friendly.2. The workers seemed inexperienced. I drive a very common car. They didn't know how to reset my oil light, and then spent 10 minutes trying to find something under my hood. I asked if I could get my tires rotated. Initially he said yes (but seemed annoyed). Later I reminded him I wanted my tires rotated. After talking with his coworkers, he said they couldn't do it because they didn't have the right size wrench. I find that hard to believe since I drive such a popular car. I think they just said that because they didn't want to or didn't know how.3. The worker recommended the fuel treatment, so I agreed to get it. They finished changing my oil and sent me on my way. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that they charged me for it but didn't actually do it. I know they didn't do it because they never had me open the gas tank door. I would like a $19.99 refund or co
