TERRIBLE! they used the wrong oil & ruined the engine. They of course said it was not their fault and will not accept responsibility. 2 other mechanics confirmed the wrong oil was used. now the engine has to be replaced at our expense. Be VERY cautious if you go to this location.... At different Valvoline location our grandson had his oil changed and as he drove away his vehicle started on fire and was totally burned. That particular location assumed responsibility. Be careful with Valvoline locations.
