The managing employee wasn’t present when I arrived so the single employee on staff was working on multiple cars at once. The manager arrived 20 minutes after I pulled in. Once my service was completed by the single employee the managing employee was once again not there and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes waiting for him to complete the service paperwork. Then he also didn’t know how to reset the engine oil indicator on my vehicle and I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for him to try and fail after we both had tried finding YouTube videos of how to perform his job. Since this visit the light has come back on on 2 separate occasions in the last 3 days with only a 24 mile difference on the odometer.
