The customer service and oil change were amazing, however when I paid I was told that the payment was on “hold” even though my bank said I was charged and that there was no hold. AJ called customer service and told them my payment was on hold and there was no quick solution so I paid AGAIN with another card and AJ told me I would be refunded for the first “hold” payment. That was on Thursday and by Monday I still did not see the refund and my bank works really fast regarding refunds. I called customer service and was told there was no case opened for me to receive a refund for the first payment and they confirmed I was charged twice so she put in a ticket for me to get refunded, but I am upset because this ticket was supposed to be made on Thursday and so now I have to wait longer to receive my refund and I paid $133!! That’s a lot of money to have not refunded to me immediately, especially when it was not my fault the payment was placed on “hold” although again, my bank said I was charged immediately with no hold!!
