North Avenue

While the actual service itself was fine, I had to drive up to the Madison area this morning (service was done yesterday around 4pm) and as I was getting off the exit up there, I heard a loud sound that I didn't hear on the highway (while I was listening to music). Long story short - whoever worked on my car in Bay 3 didn't put the screws back into my plastic undercarriage and it was dragging on the pavement below the car. Lucky that it didn't totally rip away on the expressway and cause a major accident. A friendly service shop up that way put new screws in and fixed up for me (for free) - but this was unacceptable on the part of the VIOC folks!! UPDATE: I reached out to Valvoline customer service as suggested by the response. The car repair shop said that none of the screws were there - they left it totally unattached. Luckily it didn't harm anyone - but imagine if that plate under my car came loose and was flying around on the expressway. In return, the person named Kelly from their customer service team offered me 50% off my next oil change. I told them they could keep the coupon. I'll go elsewhere next time if they think a huge mistake like that (even if it was lucky that nothing bad truly happened) was only worth $50 to them to keep me as a customer. And knowing you can go online anytime and get a 25% off coupon, they were really only offering me 25% off my next trip. Even worse.

Thorough, professional and friendly service!
