My A/C was running cool, but not cold. It had been a couple years since it was last recharged, so I asked for it to be recharged. It took about 30-45 minutes. I left, only to discover that I had no A/C. I returned to the service center when they explained that they ran out of refrigerant and only put 80% of the refrigerant my van needs in. I have to go several days without A/C in July, while waiting for them to get more refrigerant. They did not offer to send me to another Valvoline center to finish the recharge.

Failure to adjust all of my tires lead to the car feeling off. I checked and FL 36 PSI, FR 36PSI, BL 21PSI, BR 47 PSI. The technician most likely got distracted, but it made me concerned enough that I have now checked my oil level and tires 4 times since that day to make sure no valves or pressures were off.
