The experience wasn't bad per se, I just was disappointed with some things that were not done and I had to drive back to get them done correctly and one thing I just did myself This was my first time going here and I really like the assistant manager. He was very nice and had great communication with myself and his team. The 2 issues I had were things that were said to have been done on the emailed receipt. One of my tires went from 34psi when I got there to 22psi by the time I drove away. I know they checked the pressure on them but must not have capped one right away or something. I was only about a minute away from the location when I noticed the notification on my dashboard so I turned around and had them try again. It would have been nice to at least of had an apology. The second issue was that the maintenance light was not reset even though they said they did on the receipt. I watched a YouTube video and did it myself. I just don't like being told things are done when they obviously did not. I did appreciate once again the assistant manager. I came in with a coupon as a first time customer and he also found me one for a discount on an oil and air filter. That was very nice!

I was just expecting an oil change but I love that they check to be sure all my lights and turn signals are working and they check the other fluids as well. And they inspected my tires as well and reminded me that they're due for a change.
