During oil change they removed the oil plug no problem, then put it back over tighten and start dripping oil and claimed it was damaged by previous oil change , really ? How did you guys remove it in the first place and then after you did the oil change you couldn't remove the oil plug ? I tell you how , you over tighten it not the previous mechanic. You shouldn't charge me for the oil change and I still paid for the repairs , will never go back nor recommended to anyone , not professional, not good service, not owning their mistakes, not a good option for service to your car .
