The associate who greeted us was named Denim. VERY RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Stated he “doesn’t care to upsell anything for the company and hates talking to people and is just there to work on cars” was argumentative and provocative in his exchanges. Another associate actually stepped in and finished our services. His name is Aaron and was a model employee and customer service representative.
