This was my 4 th time stopping this week to get an oil change.I thought we would get in and out since we were on our way out of town to Minnesota for the weekend. We got there just after they opened, 8:15am, there was a car in each bay already. I don’t know if there was an issue being short staffed but we didn’t get out of there until 9:30 which is ridiculous when told average wait time is 10 minutes. Not even an apology for the wait or an offer of a discount. I had to find one myself on line. By this time I just wanted to get out of there because we were already late. We head out of town on our way to Minnesota 4 hours later and about 60 miles from our destination the oil light comes on. You can imagine my fear something is wrong luckily I make it to our hotel. But now I fear the drive home and what might happen

Verify the information that is in the system from the start. The first person to introduce himself asked me if the vehicle was registered under a name of William. I answered no my name is Josie and I just bought this car a year ago. And that was the end of that conversation. then upon payment I got my receipt and it had a completely different address located in a different state, a different phone number, a different email address. To which I was concerned because now my receipt was emailed to someone I do not know. They did end up updating the information, but this should’ve been done upon my arrival. I fear for the safety of my personal information that was sent to someone else.

My boyfriend and I were more than pleased with Spencer and Maxxwell to the extent we talked about the service at dinner after and agreeably mentioned that we would've loved to have had them work for us had we not sold the golf course we had. Not only knowlegable about their jobs they were dedicated to their jobs including customer service and just pure genuine employees.
