It was an extremely cold day with temperatures reaching below zero, but the moment the gentleman opened the door, the warmth, courtesy, and professionalism went above and beyond expectation. We went in for a simple air/tire pressure check because the dash light indicated that the tires were slightly low due to the recent and quite drastic change in temperature. From there we left convinced that we had just found a new business that not only treated us with respect, but provided excellent back and forth banter/laughter that made us feel right at home. The staff were not only professional throughout the visit, they made sure to educate us on the proper care for our vehicle and made us feel less idiotic than we already are where it concerns vehicle maintenance. As long as we continue to be residents of the city of Oshkosh, they will have our business for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend that you stop in and have your car serviced at the Koeller street location because you won't regret it!

Had a fabulous experience today, with very helpful and thorough staff. Mark made sure to go above and beyond checking over more then what I came in for ensuring my vehicle was in top condition for my families and my safety going into this winter season. Highly recommend stopping in to this valvoline if you are in need of an oil change in a quick time frame and or engine fluid flush they do a fantastic job! I know I will be back!
