Went in for a basic oil change ant Valvoline on Murdock…I was driving my car home and it started to jerk and would not accelerate unless I had my foot pushing down on the gas all the way down to the floor. Called north side Valvoline and the guy said “yeah, that’s not normal. You could bring it back, but we have a lot of cars here right now”. I then said I was going to call the west side one. Thankfully they cared about customer service and had someone come out to look at the issue. Turns out whoever looked at my air filter never plugged it back in. My car was perfectly fine prior to the oil change, but now it runs sluggish and I fear some damage has already been done. I would hope there would be some sort of compensation for the fact I had to spend all afternoon addressing this issue. I am tempted to never use Valvoline again.
