Every time I've been to this location, the manager and staff go through every step they take, discuss but not pressure-sale other services and are in general, have great customer relations. I've been to other instant oil change as well as mechanics and dealership service centers and have never had equal or better services. I've had many other services performed at this Valvoline including some that I never knew you provided. It would be hard to convince me to go anywhere else.

I was greeted politely upon arrival and asked what service I needed, I told them just an oil change. The tech asked how the wipers and filters where. I said the wipers are new, and k&n air filter but could probably use a cabin air filter. He swapped it with no issue. The tech down below struggled with the skid plates on my rig and even left one bolt out and one plate loose. They never checked the tire pressure as it was still set on 29 on the wall when I left, my truck calls for 33 even confirmed by the tech upstairs. When I got back to my hotel I was looking my truck over and found smudges across the hood, a missing bolt from a skid plate and a loose skid plate. I drove back up there and they offered to re-install it. If they could not install it the first time why would I have them do it a second?

I have been using Valvoline Instant Oil Change for over 20 years. My cabin filter has never been replaced because everyone told me they could not get to it. The guy worked relentlessly to get it out and install a new filter. I will tell you it was beyond gross from mice getting into my suv. He was so polite and worked so hard to get it out and replaced. I wish I could remember his name because he was the best Iu2019ve ever seen working for you.
