I came for a routine oil change on my 07 corolla, with over 300k miles. Philip was thorough with inspection and noticed my transmission fluid had never been changed since the car was purchased, new through CarFax. I LOVE my little car and no mechanic had ever mentioned changing it to me before - Philip did not pressure me to change it, but I wanted to after it had been recommended. The fluid was black and had smelt burnt, though, I couldn't tell where it was coming from. After changing it here, I have not run into that smell in the cabin at all. Philip even gave me the 10% military, and accepted a coupon I had which brought my total down. This man deserves a raise for the expertise, customer service and kind mannered skills. He does a great job and I will definitely be returning and after a bad experience at a valvoline in Waukesha, this is my new go to location and the one I only trust
