When I arrived at the VIOC in Hartland WI my car's system was showing that I needed an oil change. However, after the technician checked the VIOC system he found that it had in fact only been 1031 miles since my last oil change. He then looked at the color of my oil and told me that he did not feel it was time to change the oil. He suggested that I reset my car's system and return for an oil change when the mileage had reached an additional 3,000 miles. This showed me that they are not in the business of selling services that are not needed but only those that are truly needed or required!
