my wife was told that she needed a new battery and was quoted $180.00 for a replacement.when I took it to batteries plus they said the battery was fine. Not happy that they would take advantage of a woman like that.

The oil that was added to my car was not sufficient. When we started the car the oil pressure dropped so we quickly turned it off. It was then learned that the tech only used a partially filled container. I believe it was 1/3 full. The other tech then found more oil and 'filled' the reservoir, so we thought. On driving my vehicle back home, my oil pressure again dropped to zero. I pulled over and shut the car off. I started it again and it seemed to partially come back up. The reservoir was not full & the oil pump would supply pressure as the oil would move around. I went to another service station and we added oil so I could safely drive the car. This is just unacceptable.

Dominic and Cody were very pleasant and friendly. They explained what they were doing and told me my radiator fluid was dirty and asked if I would like it flushed.
