I've been using Valvoline for my business vehicles and personal cars for more than 15 years. I've always believed in Valvoline's service and have acheived 600K in miles on one vehicle, two vehicles with 400K+, and 5 current vehicles between 80K and 200K. I've never had anything but good to say about the service there. Today was different. Way to many people "topside" who obviously have no experience, struggled to read the dip stick after adding oil and one had me start the vehicle which totally surprised the person below! Another person came up and asked me what year my car was cause he couldn't find where the filter was located. This car is in your computer and had at least 20 oil changes there. Then, the very smug person running the customer side of it with me informs me that "who ever changed your oil last ruined the threads on the drain pan and that I need to have it replaced" really said nothing when I told him Valvoline was the only place I went to for oil changes. Disappointing. I have five vehicles that had been in and out of Valvoline every 30-45 days. You would think that messing up a customer vehicle would warrant more than "whoever did it probably isn't here

ASKED for a senior discount and didnt get it. Had left for trip down south so I could not return. Also NOT a fan of sucking the oil out thru the dip stick hole. It leaves too much junk in the oil pan. Wunt do that again!!
