We have been loyal customers for over eight years, bringing both of our vehicles here not only for oil changes, but for other services and repairs as well. Until now, we had always trusted them with our vehicles. Unfortunately, after our most recent service, we discovered that the airflow sensor had been left unplugged. Our local auto shop inspected the truck and told us that whoever was last under the hood failed to plug the sensor back in, which contributed to our spark plugs being ruined and our coils needing to be replaced. We are now out approximately $900 in repairs. This truck is hardly driven and spends the majority of its time sitting in our garage, which makes the situation even more frustrating. When we contacted the general manager, we were hoping for some accountability, empathy, or at least an attempt to work toward a solution. Instead, we were told that he reviewed the cameras, but there was very little explanation beyond that. The conversation felt extremely cut-and-dry, and his attitude came across as rude and dismissive. They ultimately refused to compensate us for any of the repair costs. After eight years of loyalty and trusting them with both of our vehicles, it is incredibly disappointing that this is how the situation was handled. Mistakes happen, and we understand that, but how a business responds to a mistake says a lot about how much they value their customers. We would have gladly continued bringing both of our vehicles here had they been willing to take some accountability and work with us. Sadly, after this experience, we will no longer be customers and would not recommend them to others. We expected much better treatment after supporting their business for so many years.

First time going to this location in a number of years and if I could have given it 4.5 stars that would have been a little bit better. Completely new staff completely new vibe at this location and the courteousness and communication amongst the staff there are impeccable. Short wait maybe 7 8 minutes, stayed right in the car pulled in and they got down to work taking care of the oil change and the other services provided. Was able to use my discount on today's service so everything went pretty smoothly, I was super impressed with the staff and their friendliness and will come back there once again in the future. Now here's the negative part of the review. I specifically also went there with all four tires being low, typical PSI is 33 for the vehicle three of my tires were at 31 and one was at 26 and I was getting a warning to get that filled on my way there. Figured that was going to be dealt with while getting the oil change. The invoice however said that they checked it and going out my PSI was 35 which would have been overflating the tires not a big deal I don't think but the main issue was while I checked out and left the bay I looked at the warnings on my tires and they obviously did not put air in the tires as I still had three of the tires at 31 and the fourth one at 26. So on the invoice that was definitely misrepresentation and if they happen to not check those tires what else did they maybe not check? So all in all the rapidness of the appointments and the courtesy of the staff was great just the negative aspect of not really putting air in the tires and stating that they did. So if they didn't do that what else did they maybe not do that was on the invoice that I was being charged for. I will be back however really enjoyed the experience.
