I took the Disabled American Veterans van that I drive to this location to see if they accepted the Government Fleet Card. Corbin was very considerate and verified they did take the card. It was so nice not having to make an appointment and just get the oil change completed. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I will always take our van here for future oil changes.

Good chats with the guy that was servicing my car. He was telling me what Toyotas were the best models. He was also very noligible on what services they offer and what is the best oil for my car. Overall he had a great customer service.

I came in for a brake light check, as a nearby car pulled me over to tell me that I had a break light out. I don't remember the name of the new guy who welcomed me in. He was very precise, and professional while asking me what I was coming through for, and told him that somebody told me that I had a brake light out. He confirmed it, and changed it within 4 minutes, while the Mgr Adam came up, and started the process of checking everything else. He grabbed my wiper blade, and said immediately that the blade was blown out. I immediately told him that my blades were just changed THERE very recently. I bought the ALL SEASON wipers 87 days prior. He was on the phone acting busy for the next 10 minutes, as they were asking me if there was anything more they can help me with... I mentioned the wiper blade, pulled up my receipt for 2 all season wipers, and then he said "yeah, we have to replace it. It's a few days under the 90 day warantee." He gave no "thanks for coming in", but instead let the friendly assistant who was so so friendly hen I came in.

Not convinced all the old oil was completely removed without draining it from below by removing the drain plug.I asked to have the transmission fluid checked. They didn't know how.

Reilly, Corbin, Jesse, and Quentin were fantastic today. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing, friendly and willing to help, and did not pressure me for additional services. That was by far the best experience I had getting an oil changed. They offered to change my cabin air filter, and struggled to find it but were persistent and patient and found it and explained to me where it was. They were incredibly nice and welcoming. On top of that, they were timely. I’m extremely satisfied and thankful for their service.
