Price is too much. Asked to do a tire rotation but was told that one of my lugnuts is swollen. Took my car to a different shop and was told there's nothing wrong with my lugnuts, and got my tires rotated. Not sure if they just don't want to do it because it's close to the shop closing, but they should have just been straight with me and told me they can't do it since they're closing.

Teddy was very friendly and gave me the option of hearing in detail about the recommendations or not. Usually the employees go into great detail about what is recommended and why. I just want the printout so I can compare to my regular car maintenance and discuss with my husband versus the subtle pressure of adding on things I may or may not need. I really appreciated Teddyu2019s approach and their upbeat, friendly demeanor.

The staff were extremely helpful and understanding, and I very much appreciated their patience with my lack of knowledge and general fumbling around. Extremely pleased by all they offered, how they explained things, and their customer service. I will definitely be returning. The only thing i feel bad about is that in my fumbling around I forgot to ask their names, but I will say I visited the location on church street at around 8-9 am on the 9th of August, and was seen to by two men, one with a beard, and the one who talked to me the most who wore glasses. Both were incredibly kind and patient and made my experience so much better than I expected.

Montana explained everything to me that was being done on my car in easy language for me to understand. I donu2019t know cars so he was very patient with my questions too.Showed me the filters, gave recommendations with no pressure on buying any additional services. Phenix showed me the oil stick and explained that is where the oil should be. Both guys were friendly and willing to explain things to me without hesitation which was very appreciated . I will definitely come back again and tell friends and family. This was a very positive experience. Fantastic job Montana and Phenix.

That in itself was worth the visit! But he explained the importance of frequent oil changes, inspected my tires per my request and also checked cabin air filter.
