This used to be my go to when I lived in Stevens Point. There are two bays, one had a car, the other was open. It took a couple minutes to get me in that was fine. Once in it took quite a while to get someone to come to the window. One person, then second person, then back to original person. By the time is was figured out how to proceed I settled on a service with a standard coupon. Minutes pass the first person tells me that they are out of filters but I can walk over to O'Reilly and buy a filter on my own. They will give me up to $5.00 to cover a filter but that's it. A filter is 16.00. They would still charge me for the oil change with filter even if I buy the filter. I chose to leave. I went on my lunch break and lost all that time (8 - 15 mins) plus travel to the store (20 mins) and did not get the change. My takeaway is this: I do not believe they have a solid program in place to get you in and out in a reasonable time; it is not a fast service provider. Nice enough people but poorly trained. If there are multiple other choices available in the Point metro area I would recommend bypassing this particular store.

Unfortunately all it takes is one experience to drop it from "its fine" to "I'll never visit again". Pulled in an hour and twenty minutes before close. In that time they did not manage to service two vehicles. With no communication and with multiple cars in line the doors were closed at 6:45 indicating they were done. It can be understandable if things happen that prevent everyone getting serviced. It is unacceptable that people were left to sit for an hour or more and yet leave without service. If you can't get to someone, you tell them and let them get on their way. Its not a difficult concept.
