The technician did not properly attach my skid plate. If fell off on the way home and was dragging behind my vehicle by the one bolt it was held on by. It will cost me over $500 to replace per the dealership.

Had a 12 foot oil trail from my car after 24 miles. Goback someone goes under the car immediately upon arrival, manager Tony goes under 5 minutes later shows me pictures where he says we didn't do anything wrong" that was only worry. Interesting there were no water coming off the oil filter or drain plug...I drove threw a rain storm to get there. Tony was very rude and called me a liar. I have photos of the oil slick at my house. I don't think pictures of my car should be taken without my permission. I am going to tell everyone I know in the small city of Stoughton/Edgerton, I have lived there my whole life. Also I think it is poor look to have all your employees smoking right outside the dpor.

I mentioned having a few road trips coming up and wanting to take care of my care beforehand, and we even chatted a little about where I'm going.
