In the past I have had oil changes and have been very happy with the service and lack of pressure to buy anything else. This visit was just for air in my tires. It's great that I can go in and get their expert service and not even be charged! Air isn't always free--which is kind of funny, but this is inside and all I had to do was sit! Otherwise I would have had to be in the weather, pay for the air, and probably struggle to get it to the right pressure. I REALLY appreciate this service!

The whole derive took 5 minutes I’m pretty sure they didn’t check some levels even though the paperwork said they did. There were 4 guys working on the car one guy spent most his time looking at his phone. Not one smile from any of them not that they need to smile but I got the impression they didn’t want to be there. And for over 100 dollars I would expect more of something considering your competitor just down the road is half the price of valvoline but they are booked out over a month

I wanted to get my tires rotated, and the tech told me my car sat "too low to the ground" to be rotated. The receipt with recommended services then had the audacity to recommend rotating my tires. Seriously?! You recommend a service that you cannot perform?! That is unacceptable.
