This was probably the best Valvoline experience I've had. The woman who was walking me through my options was engaging and helpful, very knowledgeable about my vehicle and also the Valvoline products and services. Georgia, the technician I could see (I know there was a gentleman in the pit as well) was fast, efficient and very thorough. She showed me where squirrels were getting into my air filter and offered suggestions she personally uses to keep them out. She cleaned up the mess, showed me the results of the oil changed and that was that. It was super efficient and a very pleasing experience. It really has improved since my last visit there and their current crew members are excellent!
