Took my boyfriends car there for an oil change. It made a horrible sound afterwards. Took it back asking them to specifically check the heat shield, they did, technician came out and told me that there was nothing wrong and everything was tight. Must be something else. Went to another mechanic and paid $100 to find out these peeps must have bent the heat shield when taking it off and didn't bother to tell me, lied to me and sent me on my way. If they would of just told me the truth I would have simply asked them to remove it an move on. Instead I had to spend an extra $100 for someone else to call them out. Shame. Shame.
