I was highly satisfied with my experience because Rowland and Kaliayah provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received at Valvoline. Rowland checked me in, and Kaliayah worked under the hood. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, extremely polite, and professional. They both had smiles on their faces, greeted me warmly, and even took the time to ask how my day was going—which meant more to me that day than they probably realized. Rowland was very informative and took the time to explain the additional services my vehicle may need without making me feel pressured. Kaliayah went above and beyond by pulling out my air filter and actually showing me its condition rather than simply telling me about it. She also showed me the oil after it was topped off, which gave me confidence that everything had been properly taken care of. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, communication, and attention to detail deserve to be recognized. This was easily the best experience I’ve had at a Valvoline, and Rowland and Kaliayah are the reason why.
