There were team members for lack of a better word, playing grabass, while working on my car. They were distracting the tech putting on my filter, so I can only pray it was on correctly, there was swearing and a real dorm atmosphere, but not professional. They never even checked the tires when I asked them too. Way too many people on duty with nothing better to do but harass each other. If I'm to continue paying over 100 bucks a visit, then I expect better.
