They broke 2 parts on my vehicle and refused to compensate in any way. $400 in replacement parts later I do not recommend trusting this place to touch your vehicle.

The Watertown Valvoline is always very fast and efficient when I bring my vehicle in for service. They get everyone in and out quickly while providing top notch service. The building and grounds are always well kept.

Was sworn at and asked to leave when I asked why two vehicles that came after me were served before me. The manager refused to provide me with his name and store id number. His name was Timothy.
