Nothing the staff could have done better. The price of getting anything done on a car is just crazy. The price of an oil change for my Cruze has gone up 90% in the last 4 years, and earnings do to inflation, we have lost ground

There was a wait time and the staff was courteous in explaining that there was a wait and approximately how long it would be. They were friendly and seemed to really love their job. I noticed that there was an issue with a fleet vehicle and all the staff was willing to keep that driver occupied until the approval for work came through. I used to go to the Watertown, WI location when I lived there and keep returning even though I live further north. Thanks for the great job you guys do.
