Logan was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything he told me about and offered to check a filter that I did not even know I had (cabin filter maybe?). It clearly needed to be changed. I have been to other oil change places (including other Valvolines) and no one else has suggested changing that filter. Logan also showed me a filter that was in under my hood and was honest in telling me that it did not need to be changed - I appreciated not trying to upsell.

They said they checked my tires. They did not because I have a tire that is at 23 and they never put air in it. But they said they checked my tires. Had they checked it they would have found that it was not at 38 like they put. Why say they check things when they don't.
