The staff was great and the service was excellent. I am a do-it-yourselfer and work on my car myself. It would be nice if the staff wasn't required to go through the Litany of various services when I absolutely positively do not need any of those services and if I did I would do them myself. Maybe give your staff some ability to make decisions on the Fly.

It the price went up since the previous time. The head guy had to keep reminding the others to do certain tasks. Offered to check the lights but didn't automatically check them. They almost forgot to check the tires. But did after realizing it wasn't done. Put on a missing tire cap which was good.
