Very pushy. Tested my brand new battery and claimed it tested bad. Tried to push me to buy one from them. Then when I said no thanks, they kept pushing and pushing and pushing. Very strange. My battery ended up working through the entire winter. Then when I went to a different valvoline, It tested PERFECT. Almost got me. Never coming there
