When I arrived RYAN greeted me . I was escorted to a Bay with guidance and the immediately SAMUEL started working on my oil change.JOSHUA and DEVEN assisted with my oil refill and car assessment.All three had specific recommendations, but we’re not pushy with their suggestions.I do not live in West Bend, but make the trip just to have my oil changed at Valvoline in West Bend. The team is great.I will continue to come to West Bend Valvoline just for this awesome staff, thank you!
