We came in the day before vacation. I have always used this location, and enjoyed the professionalism they provided. There were 3 staff here all appeared very "tired" for lack of better words. They were all cussing and frantically moving around the garage. They couldn't find the proper tools they needed to remove the old oil filter. They finally got it. Then they lost my oil cap. After again frantically looking they found it down in front of the motor Needless to say we will not be back.

I’ve been to this place twice before. A repeat customer. I went there yesterday 7/14/26. An employee named Trey said he was the only one there and just clocked out for lunch. Ok. No problem. I’ll go somewhere else. He said if I come back tomorrow mention his name and tell them to give me $20 off for coming back. I said ok. So I came back today 7/15/26
and Brian (I assumed he was the mgr) was there and told me he couldn’t do that but he could give me 20% off. I said Trey said $20 if I came back. Brian said he couldn’t honor the $20 off. . So I said how about 20% off this time and 10% off on next visit. I thought that would equal $20 which I was quoted based on the $66 cost of the oil change. Brian walked away and shut my hood and said he couldn’t honor the $20 and for me to leave. So I left. Not a good way to run a business by not honoring your employees commitments to the customer. I won’t be back but the owner should know how this was handled… as new business and repeat business is hard enough to obtain in the first place …and shouldn’t be run off over not wanting to honor a $20 commandment
