These guys are always quick to get me in the bay and do a great job of getting the work done and getting me on my way. I had a passenger with me that had never been to Valvoline service before. My passenger said "They can't be done already. They couldn't have put oil in the engine that fast." I assured my passenger that this is how it always goes at that Valvoline oil change place.
They discovered that a mouse had been making a nest in my air filter housing. They cleaned up the mess for me and installed a new filter. I was due for a new air filter anyway, but they made sure that the mouse family's mess was completely cleaned out. The guys always do a good job on my vehicles and never make any mess at all. I have never smelled a drop of burning oil when leaving there or have I ever had a single drop of oil on my driveway when I get home. I hope these people are paid well for the good work that they do.
