The team should have paid closer to attention when doing the oil change. They didn't tighten the oil filter on my vehicle causing it to leak out some oil. My car started smoking alot and I could see oil on the engine. I returned to the valvoline station where the oil change was done and they fixed their mistake. I do appreciate this but may not return as a safety precaution. I was lucky it didn't do any damage to my vehicle.
