Corporate should NOT send out coupons that can’t be honored at the local shop. I can supply a copy of the coupon. The local shop did what they could and I have no complaint against them. 2) you’re upsell program is ridiculous, I would never send my wife here.

First, it was refreshing to see 2 females working there and they were both training new employees. They were doing such a great job with their training and explaining each step and why. I dealt with one of them who was the asst mgr and she was fantastic. Very engaging and friendly. She explained everything to me step by step. First time using Valvoline and a great experience.
