I had an excellent experience at Valvoline and wanted to make sure the entire team gets the recognition they deserve. From start to finish, the service was fast, professional, and genuinely friendly. Christopher, in particular, stood out—he took the time to clearly walk me through everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. What really impressed me was the team’s attention to detail and honesty. They identified an issue with my exhaust system that I wasn’t aware of—caused by rust—and even showed me a photo so I could see exactly what was going on. Even though they weren’t able to perform that repair themselves, they went out of their way to explain the problem and suggest practical next steps to get it fixed. On top of that, Christopher also helped me reset the service indicators on my dashboard after the oil change, which was a small but very appreciated extra step. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. The team was knowledgeable, transparent, and clearly committed to helping customers—not just getting them in and out. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality service.
