I have been getting my oil changed and greased at this facility since they built this building, I' have trusted them with all my vehicles for many years. I've generally been pleased. The last oil change I got their grease Gun wasn't working, so I came back a few weeks later for a grease job still wasn't working. I am now sitting in LINE for my fourth visit to try and get my truck greased. I would think they could have went and bought a hand grease gun and took care of customers , but today , twenty five hundred miles later , I will finally get my undercarriage greased. They also no longer change the transmission oil on the Nissan Rouge. I will probably be finding another shop to take care of my vehicles.
