The technician was friendly and sound like he knew what he was doing, he performed the service in front of us, I really liked it because Im paraplegic and didnt have get out of the vehicle, we got a radiator flush and what surprised me was he mentioned the “Burping” process when finished and also told us to come back in a day or 2 to get a coolant topoff in case it goes down which is understandable, luckily we were spending the night from a 3hr drive so we went back the next day and they put more fluid in, 2nd time I have been here, first was a oil change and gas cleaner additive, I would recomend and back again, wish I could remember the name but im sure its on your paperwork haha Thank You!

I noticed that the RPM’s of the engine was not as consistent as usual just as I came in for an oil change (coincidentally). After the oil change, I left to go home and the check engine light came on. So I decided to cole back just in case it was an issue with the oil change. When I came back, the car stalled out and wouldn’t start. The staff went out of their way to help me diagnose the issue with a code reader. I was able to pin point the problem as a faulty cam shaft sensor. I went to the part store, bought a new sensor, replaced the sensor and the car worked great again. I even took the family on a day trip with about 4 hours of driving and the car worked great. The staff at Valvoline (Aden, Jonathan, Jack, Rylan and a guy who’s name I forgot who had a beard) did a great job handling a tough situation- they didn’t over do it by trying to be a mechanic shop, but they were willing to go the extra mile through the coincidence. I’ve been coming to Valvoline for many years for maintenance and I plan to continue to come!
