I came in for a oil change and a tire rotation oil change went fine but they broke off of my locknuts then explain they were sorry and it would probably cost me $200 somewhere else to fix it and I told him that was a lot of money for me to try to come up with But it was like what’s not that much money it is when you’re single parent recovering from heart surgery saved up enough money working back to my job satisfied I know he was not having his tools calibrated right with his impact whatever he decided to pull too hard. Try to say that it was probably welded together with the heat , my tires on What the young man did not realize is, I grew up with mechanics, and I was very disappointed and how he tried to blame it on everything else other than his tools were right, and he was pulling too hard and snapped it off, and I will not go back again to figure how to fix my tire
