The lead was great who oversees the people doing the oil change. However, I got home and checked to make sure my oil cap is tighten, I noticed they broke my cap to my fluid reservoir cap for my windshield and they never told me. I had to order a new one online since no one had one on stock. Now I am little skeptical if I should watch everything they do under my hood. So disappointed. I knew it was too good to be true they were trustworthy. I hope they put the right oil in too. Supposed to be 100% synthetic. Maybe that’s why my car is running a little rough. What should I do?
