They did not seem at all irritated by questions that I had that maybe other people would know. The information that they gave me was very straightforward and not complex to understand. Staff working on my vehicle went to help other staff and did not return. Outside temperature was 112 degrees. The service had been completed on my vehicle, but no one had shown me the oil level with the dipstick. When I asked why I was still waiting, another staff checked the caps and shut the hood. I asked to be shown the oil level which the staff did. It feels that I was forgotten about.

Well the oil change took 30 minutes and I’m not even sure they added 5 quarts. I was told online by the website it would be a 18 point check and at the store but after I left I checked my oil it was half way full then I checked coolant reservoir and it was super low and then my windshield washer fluid was super low and the receipt I received via email mentioned everything was -Ok and the one thing I wanted done was to have my tire pressure checked in my tires yet they didn’t do that and on the receipt it said Not Checked. So will be posting this on Google everyday until I get my $100 back.
