There needs to be a better way to direct the cars waiting in the lanes. Also there needs to be one line for ONLY oil changes.... and other lines for full service, partial service, etc.... this way you have some customer waiting forever to get a simple oil change.

I asked why the tire pressure was not checked and was informed that their tire pressure was broken on two of the 3 bays for quite some time. I expected this service to be a part of my overall service for an oil change and I am disappointed as I cannot do my own oil changes or work on my vehicle anymore and now I have to find another place to put air in my tires. Itu2019s frustrating since I paid for the full service and purchased an air filter as well since I moved cross country and needed a new one. Iu2019m just frustrated.
