0 stars! I went for oil change on my 6.0 Ford diesel. They didn't have my filter. I went and purchased my own filter from Napa for $64. Went back and after oil was drained, I was informed that they didn't have enough oil. An employee went a purchased oil which I sat there for 1 1/2hrs. The gal was going to charge me $240.00 after the oil change was complete, I said NO I paid for my own filter and showed her the receipt. She told me she could only take of $20.00 off unbelievable? also, I should be paid for educating them on the fact you don't torque wrench a PLASTIC OIL CAP back on! Absolutely unacceptable!
