I’m not sure what the name of the representative was but his attitude could have been better. I asked if I go with full synthetic, how many miles can I go before next oil change and his response was it depends on how you drive. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day but his attitude was brushing off my questions.

There was three bays open and servicing cars. I lined up behind one car. Jayde apologized for the wait (which was only one car). Asked what I would like to do and then offered choices. Then assessed more and offered other options for my vehicle which were recommended. Never once was anyone pushy, just all willing to help and get the work done. Did I mention it was hot. These guys offered water and let my son and I sit inside while the work was being done (oil change, battery, and transmission flush). Other employees who weren’t working on our vehicle came in and offered us water as well. When the work was completed Jayde again apologized for the wait which wasn’t long at al. I was reminded of the services completed and I paid. Super quick in my opinion. While driving out of the bay each employee on the floor said goodbye like I was in a parade. Great crew! Thank you!
