I was a little disappointed that I had to remind them to check my tires and they didn't check all my lights like they normally do...other than that, it was good. I come from Flagstaff to this particular store because of the great customer service I've received in the past.

DO NOT REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE! Terrible. I went in Sunday for an oil change and they said I needed a battery and it was installed and I left. Of course they didnt do anything else like check the air pressure or refill the windshield wash. Typical lazy people nowadays. So i get home and 2 days later I go to put in washer fluid and notice the battery doesn't look correct. And it was moving and sliding a lot because it was not tied down. This could have easily ended in catastrophe, even death if this went unnoticed. So I took it back up Wednesday and they couldn't figure it out and said they had to order a part. This is at least the 3rd battery replacement for this vehicle. No problems previously. So Thursday came and no call or update or anything. Friday, I had bought a universal tie down clamp and that didnt work. They said it is the correct battery even though it doesn't seem to fit. So I left to get another universal tie down , thinking it take 2 minutes for me to the it down and be done with it. When attempting to tie it down, which I couldn't, I realized it was the wrong battery. They took the wrong battery and flipped it 180 degrees to make it work, instead of installing the correct battery. And that's why it would tie down. .. Saturday morning , I was the first person in line. I told them the problem that it was the wrong battery and it needed to be corrected. They refused. They said that they already gave me a refund and won't fix the poblem. I told them the car is unsafe to drive if the battery isn't tied down. They didn't care and told me to leave and they wouldn't fix the problem they caused. I They said they didnt have the correct battery in stock. I said call another shop or autoparts store. Then they said they would call the police. I called them a few choice words. Mind you, this was about 7am. They opened at 630am. Then after my words, the greasy , dirty guy/girl, you can't tell sometimes, who hasn't brushed his teeth put his hand on me and wanted to fight. I made no threatening gestures. I said some words, but nothing remotely physical . So I left and they were negligent the first time I left and every other time after. The law doesnt allow mechanics to do as the will . There are strict guidelines and securing the battery is essential . Everyone of you can go to your car right now and see that the battery is securely tied down and isn't sliding and bouncing. Also, batteries need to be installed properly. You can't just turn it around and be done with it. You must exit your vehicle and watch everything they do. Then you also need to remind them to check the fluids, check the tires. They don't seem to do any of it unless you tell them. Also, yesterday, they allowed the woman to leave with a brake light not working. This definitely is not a Full Service oil change. In the end , they gave me a problem. I had zero problems when I entered and they gave me a big headache to deal with. And tell your employees DO NOT TOUCH CUSTOMERS. DO NOT PUT YOUR DIRTY HANDS ON ANYONE. I also contacted the regional manager. She said nothing. No looking into it. No apology. No comment whatsoever. She said hi, introduced herself and bye. That's it.

Went out of there way .
