Made me turn on my truck and was not at the proper level causing the engine to run bad sounded bad then put in more oil. They also said I had multiple leaks I just purchased the truck used from the dealership my trusted mechanic said there was no leak. I wouldn’t trust them to check my oil let alone change it again.

I had a problem with stuck oil tank nut been over tight, I drove over asking the mechanic to help me loose it then company standard tighten for safety, I then drove home to change the engine oil myself which I love to do. They were more than happy to help with 100%+ customer service and care. I was overwhelmed by the kindness.
After my successful attempt to change oil came attempting to change my oil filter, it was over tightened too. Tried all I can but couldn't teque it a bit. So I drove to same Valvoline and explaibed the situation, they remembered me from the previous day and changed my oil filter since I had the new filter already. Incredible people.
I asked other locan repair shops they all refused to offer help given option to do full service including own oil, going for full sale, but Valvoline are the sweetest of all. They did not charge a cent but supported my project. I love you Valvoline and staff.
Valvoline will be my number one to go to for any issue going forward. Ofcourse I will pay for those services lol.
