I have brought all of my cars to this location and have been so happy with the service. Allison is the best! She goes above and beyond every single time. She is helpful without being pushy and treats customers and coworkers alike with such respect and kindness. Give this woman a raise! I am a loyal customer. It feels great knowing I am sending my college ids off with safe and well cared for cars. Thanks for the great service!

I like the professionals that changed my oil, checked tires & all fluids, I didn't like there was no air in the waiting room , another customer and myself was about to pass out because the air was very poor on a 115 degrees day in the waiting area, we willnot return until you turn on the air conditioner, and give the whole staff a raise especially working in all that heat buy some industrial fans for your employees while they're changing oil unless you want them to faint like the customers in the waiting room

I have given Valvoline five stars for years on their reviews, but I unfortunately cannot today. Valvoline did not screw my oil cap on tightly and I drove without oil for who knows how long because it spewed out of the top and now the damage as the result of this costs as much as what I paid for my car. I created a case and waited over a month without a drivable car, and yet they still denied responsibility claiming the footage showed they screwed it on and that it wasn't their fault. I'm having to pay for their negligence which is costing me the same amount as what I paid for the car. I learned much through this including that taking your car to your own mechanic can be significantly less expensive...and safer. Sadly I'll not be going to another valvoline again because they are not taking responsibility, and unfortunately for them I have a broad network across the nation to share my experience with.

I have been speaking with the customer care team for over a month and all supervisors have declined to take responsibility for the damage.
