Overall, a really solid experience at Valvoline. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary services — that alone goes a long way. My only complaint was about the lane process. I was directed into a specific lane, but a few customers who arrived after me and were guided to other lanes ended up being serviced before I was. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was a bit frustrating. Aside from that, the service itself was smooth and well done. I’d still come back.
