I've been going to this location for a few years now until my last experience with my Mustang GT. I requested to have a rear differential service done, the technicians failed to put the proper additive into the rear differential causing vibration and shuttering when driving down the road. The customer service rep insisted their product met factory specifications and refuse to reimburse me for getting the proper lubrication added. I will not be going back to this location.
