The manager of this location came in on his day off and parked his Ram truck against the 3rd bay so that it made it impossible for customers to access. The employees instead had me back my vehicle into the bay and guided me over the giant hole in the ground, because their boss was blocking access to the third bay. Employees were very kind, but I can’t speak for the competence of the manager. Didn’t even look like he was getting an oil change done, he had his employees doing something else with his suspension it looked like. Nice to know that the manager not only has them work on his vehicle on company time, but parks in a way that make access to a bay impossible without backing in from the front.

The oil filter is up-top, downward sloped, so when it is removed, some oil runs down the side of the engine block. An attempt to clean it with water is non-effective, so I smell hot oil for the first few miles, and oil drips on my driveway for a few days. Do you not have a procedure to avoid this?
