Iu2019ve gone to Valvoline with all of my vehicles since I was old enough to drive. We move around a lot and this is my third time and this location and this was the first time I wasnu2019t being told I needed new this and that. I maintain all my cars filters etc and for the team member to check and say this and that doesnu2019t need to be changed but this is what it looks like as of now was nice.

u201cEmmau201d was the only young woman that was working there, and she was amazing! So polite, and most knowledgeable about the service she was providing. She explained everything simply and easily and not only did I feel she was good with customers, the rest of the staff seemed to like her as well. She treated everyone with respect and kindness. She was knowledgeable about everything to do with the oil change, and when I couldnu2019t find the hood latch, she graciously found it for me without making me feel stupid for not knowing where it was (even tho I was!). All the guys who worked on the car were polite, efficient, and knew what they were doing. The customer service was truly awesome and I will most definitely return!
