There is always upscale feel, the sticker for the oil change states 3000. When we know synthetic blends are around 5000. Feels very disingenuous and milking for more money.

Not sure it’s the team. The line was long and one of the staff told that the car in front purchased additional services and the it would be about five minutes more before the line would move. Well that ended up being an hour wait before my car made it in the garage. My suggestion would be Not suggest additional services when the line is long. I choose Valvoline INSTANT oil change because I’m short on time. It’s supposed to be quick ( 15 minutes). My last two visits have not been quick.

Very professional.. always a smile.. and these guys went out there way for me, They did not have the Engine filter in stock that I needed an I needed it bad they recommended going to O’Reillys and purchasing one and they told me to come back and they would put it in no charge..That’s Awesome.. you guys are the best!!

Great guys great service. Only issue is they can't rotate tires and have not been able to since last year because there torque wrench is broken and the one they ordered has not arrived Management needs to get them a torque wrench ASAP. So they can provide this service.
