I paid for full service oil change but my windshield fluid was never filled. I asked the technician prior to them starting if they all check the other fluids. The technician stated, "yes, we check fluids such as windshield fluid and top them off." Technician also asked if I wanted my air pressure checked in my tires and I said, "yes,." However they never checked the air pressure, so I went to Discount Tire for that service. After leaving the bay, I tried to spray the windshield fluid to clean my window, but nothing ever came out. Due their being 6 waiting cars and 3 bays full (9 cars total) I didn't want to have to get back in line. I drove to Frys gas station and bought windshield washer fluid and did it myself. I've been taking several of my vehicles to this location and this is the 1st issue I ever had. I don't mind paying a premium price but when some services such as not topping off fluids are not done, eventhough it's part of the service, what else gets skipped.

The staff is fine would have an issue with is your price gouging he told me the gas additive or the fuel treatment was 1299 it jumped up to 1999 on the checkout and I'm charged extra oil $10.99 which is ridiculous this car is a four-cylinder so you're gouging me there and he said the air filter was 1999 here it's 2499 so it wasn't the friendliness it was the price gouging and I have four cars and I'm not bringing any of them back unless you want to send me a gift card for $100
