I normally use Valvoline in Texas where I live. I was passing through town and was in desperate need of an oil change. I was in a fleet vehicle which is kind of a pain to deal with regarding payment. I beleive my technician who took my payment was named Jose. He provided Top-Notch customer service and made the experience really easy. If I lived in Yuma I would return just because of that guy. Thank you all for getting me back on the road to San Diego.

Overall great experience came in on a rainy day. They ensured that all my lights We’re working. Let me know what was needed to be done with my car, and they were all very polite and educated me on the things that my car was lacking and in a very friendly way. You can tell that they all are in it to help people out. Not just a paycheck.!

For a place that’s primary focus is oil changes, you think they’d have that figured out. After returning home, oil leaking from the filter, later to find out wrong oil filter was put on. Then determined to be low on oil, I’m guessing from the leaking oil, I would hope they at least know how many quarts to put in. Had another facility do the oil change again, and sure enough 1 1/2 quarts low and they had one heck of a time getting the oil filter off, probably on so tight cause it was the wrong one. Least it didn’t strip the threads or anything. Needless to say, never using them again.
