Its not so much the team members but the facility itself. I used to enjoy taking my car to the location to get my oil change and tire rotation. The Lift machine that was being used for this no longer functions or no one is trained to use it. Either way, it needs to come back, its a really great business bringer or it can turn customers away. The machine has been out of service/use for over two years now.
