The tech Stripped the stud on my 2023 Forester during a tire rotation. Gave them 2 new lug nuts and stripped those aswell. The car is 3 years old and has been in SOCAL is whole life and the tech blamed it on the stud being "rusty" the stud looked fine. Wasn't offered an option to talk to a manager. Had to drive off with one lugnut short on the wheel to go pay for a repair this shop caused. Fine for fluid changes but other service id steer clear.

I had a professional and friendly experience thanks to Aaron and to the assistant managers. The wait was not that long and everything was explained to me in the bay. Never felt pressured to get an additional service. They let me know that the recommendations will be email me for reference. Thank you!
Would also recommend going later in the afternoon or evening, seeing as this location is next to a popular Costco / Costco with gas.

Wonderful service from Ana the service manager and team. I have been going to this site for a couple of years and never had the pleasure of meeting Ana until this last service. Very efficient and OUTSTANDING customer service! Very happy with my service. Thank YOU Ana!
