Staff knowledge, staff immediately started processProcess completed very quickly, didn’t even notice the oil and oil filter being changed. Attendant showed me the clean air filter and said it did not need treatment lacing at this service rather than try to sell me as new one.

It took me over 2 hours to have maintenance done on my vehicle when it normally take me 30 minutes or less. The employee that was working on my vehicle is a trainee but no one was help this person and this person looked very lost. I’m ok to have trainee work on my vehicle but there need to be a trainer with this person. This is why I was there for more then 2 hours.
