I was extremely satisfied with the way that the gentleman hit on my transactions went out of his way to try to help me get the cheapest affordable price for my servicing. I came in with intentions of only getting an oil change and also got some additional services done as well, high mileage discounted price and made it very affordable due to me, not expecting to need that servicing upfront they were very fast. We’re very diligent and in that type of 110° plus heat they definitely deserve a raise And lunch provided daily that experience will definitely keep me a loyal customer coming back

I have been coming here for a while now. Even more so now with my driving children. The staff is always nice and professional. Explain everything to us But more importantly, I've watched them explain stuff to each other, making sure that being newer or less experienced staff understands why they are recommending something or how they can see that the manufacturer is recommending something explaining prices when we had the last service and when we'll need the next. The friendly hellos and goodbyes are great, but the knowledge that they pass on to each other and their customers well worth it! I've even seen customers upset, You know because they've had to wait, And be snippy that they aren't going fast enough. I would rather wait and have something done properly But even under those circumstances your staff comes out on top. Very pleased with this group

Left cap open for windshield wiper fluid and closed the hood on it , lucky I saw it because the cap snapped off and wedged itself in the engine. When I told them they fixed it. No harm no foul. It was also 105° so everyone including myself were a little out of it.

All the mechanics were doing an excellent job. On July 1st:”2024 the only thing I was very disappointed with the lady manager, I think her name is “Rebeca” or “Bianca”? I am not sure. She was very very mean and rude. On the Invoice NOT mention her name. But her checked me out and didn’t give me paper receipt. I got email receipt, but on the previous visit for many times, I always got paper receipt when I asked the manager. This lady “said she’s the manager” keep telling me “paperless, paperless, paperless” eventhough, I was asking nicely that I need paper for my documentation. With her attitude, I am thinking will not coming back to the Valvoline oil service at this location in Martinez.
