The woman helping us didn't seem to be happy to be there. She was very curt, not friendly, barely a hello and when my husband removed the old oil change reminder sticker to give to her to throw away she replied, I don't need that. Maybe it was an off day but we didn't feel welcomed.

While I waited just a few minutes in line a young staff woman came out to great me...smiling and very friendly...very friendly once inside getting the work done...even took glove box out to check the filter on the fan...had oak leaves under the hood so they blew those out just before I left...we did that outside the building...everyone was super friendly ...nice seeing a couple of young woman in there working.
