I was first greeted by Griselda who said she was the manager. I told her I needed an oil change and oil filter. She said they could take care of that. At this time a male attendant was directing me to enter a vacant stall. Griselda told me that was Manuel, the assistant manager. I entered the stall and Manuel greeted me with a smile and asked if he could help me. I told him I needed an oil and filter change. He asked if I had been to Valvoline before. I said yes but not this particular location. I told him I had a disappointing oil change experience at another valvoline location on my second car, an A7 Audi. Manuel apologized for the disappointing service I had received at the other location. Manuel introduced Thomas, a staff member who would handle the oil changing procedure. The oil changing service was done in 15 minutes. I was very pleased. Manuel informed me that I needed an engine air filer. He quoted me the price and said it would take less than 10 minutes. I appreciated his demeanor and told him to go ahead. The air filter took 7 minutes. I was impressed. Next came Myles another staff member. He cleared the electronic oil and air filter indicators on my dash board. I was given the final bill and noticed it was $25 less than I was quoted at one of your competitors. In conclusion, I want to thank Griselda, Manuel, Thomas and Myles for the excellent service, their friendly attitude and their professionalism. It was a pleasure to have exceptional people and service. I will return.

The whole engine was covered in oil.I asked to be given an electronic receipt, but no, they didn’t give me any receipt.
