Honestly, I got tired of other places scheduling appointments online only to be told there would still be a wait because they're backed-up when I arrived. I figured I'd give Valvoline Instant Oil Change a chance since they're so close to my residence. I don't regret it at all. Their pit crew styled service gets you in & out quickly. Plus the crew (who were all super friendly, patient & professional) explain everything they're doing as they're doing it so there's no worry or speculation. I ended up taking my other vehicle & plan to continue giving them my patronage.
