The staff staff is always been very courteous. However, this time I noticed a young lady in the name of Railyn working there and servicing my car. It is great that the store has equal opportunity as employee a young lady to work there. She was very pleasant and very efficient and much appreciated. Consistent service, employees seem happy with what they do and for the most part it's mostly the same employees when I come in. My oil filter is available 99% of the time when I come in. I always forget to call ahead of time to inquire on the availability of that item since I do drive 1.5 hours to this location so it's not a problem if it's not available.

I waited 30 minutes in line for them to come out and notify me that they were out of the type of oil that my vehicle takes. I went to other things I had to do and on way home noticed large oil truck there. I pulled in and waited another 30 minutes and recieved my oil change. I feel they could have notified me sooner that they were out of my oil the first time???

I don’t pay attention to job titles so the manager may have. But they were super quick and got me taken care of, in the most brutal heat we have had so far. The same service I have gotten before. So this shop is the only place I will take my truck for quick services.
