They could have NOT charged my credit card after I paid in cash for all of my services. I gave them my cc, they told me it was declined, and then I paid in cas for the oil change. But, my card was charged anyway. That was not honest. In addition, they did not re-set my "change oil soon" light, my car is still asking me to change the oil.

I would have liked to better understand what services they were going to do and what they were doing. Especially under my car. There was a man who took my personal information and took my payment. He had a “manager” on his shirt. Not much explanation of services. And the other people there waved their hands above their hands. I wasn’t sure if they were talking to me or another car behind me. They told me to turn on my car. Once they did, I heard a “turn it off” from below the car. They were nice. Wish they were more helpful for my first visit.
