It was never mentioned that one of the guys was in u2018Trainingu2019 which was Clearly Obvious. The guy leading him was not very Comfortingu2026We were never shown the way our Filter looked & they were just going to change it without our Consent & my husband stopped them,My husband got out of our vehicle Twice to address some issues & was asked to get back in the vehicle by a 3rd party which he Never asked my husband of the Concernsu2026So Much More butu2026..

They rushed me into the line without looking up my car in their system. The sticker I was given the last time I was here had me due for an oil change, he even mentioned the fact that I had a full synthetic oil change the time before and asked if I wanted to stay with that. After changing my oil he gave me a new sticker that indicated I would need another oil change in 3k miles. I asked him about the synthetic oil and questioned the accuracy of the 3k miles to next change. He agreed it should actually be 7,500u201310,000 miles. So, I didn't even need an oil change yet, no did I the time before. He apologized and said he didn't notice even though I asked him to look me up when I first got there to see what was done in the past.
